If your plans have changed and you no longer need your reserved spot, you are able to cancel the reservation for a full refund up until 2 hours before the start time on the reservation. You can cancel the reservation by selecting ‘Order History’ from the menu, choosing the specific reservation you would like to cancel, then clicking the “Cancel Reservation” button on the order details page, as shown in the image below. You can cancel your reservation on the ParqEx desktop version and on the ParqEx app available for iOS and Android.


If the two-hour window for cancelling your reservation has elapsed, you will need to contact ParqEx Support at (855) 727-7391 to request a cancellation and refund. Refunds can be issued on a case-by-case basis up to 48 hours after a cancelled reservation was scheduled to end.
