If your plans have changed and you no longer need your reserved spot, you are able to cancel it for a full refund up until 2 hours before the start time on the reservation. You can cancel it by selecting ‘Order History’ from the menu, choosing the specific reservation you would like to cancel, then clicking the “Cancel Reservation” button on the order details page.


If you are unable to park, and it is within 2 hours of the reservation, or after the reservation has started, you will need to email our support team at support@parqex.com for a refund. Refunds will be issued up to 48 hours after a reservation ends.
