For most spots, you will not be required to have a printed receipt in your car, as your license plate entered in-app will be used for verification. However, in some cases a parking tag is required for a specific reservation. If this is the case, the spot’s instructions will indicate this clearly. 

If a parking tag is required for the reservation, the parking tag will be available for download from the "My Orders" page on the Renter tab of the desktop app. At this time, please note that the printable parking tag is not available on the ParqEx app for iOS and Android.

Click "My Orders", then select the relevant reservation. Scroll down to the bottom of the page, and select "Print Tag". The printer-friendly parking tag will open in a new window. From there, either save the printing tag for printing at a different location, or print the tag right away.

The printed parking tag should be placed on the vehicle dashboard before parking in your spot. If the receipt is not visible, your vehicle may be subject to ticket or tow.
