Owners will include this information in the instructions that are emailed upon completing the purchase. These instructions are also visible in the reservation details, via the 'Order History' in the app's menu. If you have further questions about accessing a spot, or the owner’s description is unclear, you may message the owner of the spot via the booking on your ‘Order History’ page. If you have any issues contacting the owner, please email ParqEx customer support at email@example.com.
