If you’ve already registered for ParqEx but can’t log in, it’s likely you still need to verify the account. This can be done by clicking the verification link in the email you receive upon registration - check your spam folder if you haven’t received it. Once the account is verified, you will be able to login successfully.
If you can't remember your password, press "Log In" in the top right corner of the screen. Then, press "Forgot Password?", and enter the email address linked to your ParqEx account.
If the email doesn't arrive in your inbox within a few minutes, check your spam folder as well. The email from ParqEx will issue a temporary password. Enter that password to gain access to your ParqEx account, and from the settings tab, you can change your password again, should you wish.
Sometimes, users may mistakenly attempt to sign in using an alternate email address. Make sure you have the correct email address selected before you try to reset the password.
