Open the app or visit app.parqex.com on your web browser


  • Make sure you are using the correct email address linked to your ParqEx account

  • Make sure your account is verified

    • Click the verification link on the email you received upon registration

      • If you haven’t received it, check your spam folder

    • Once the account is verified, you will be able to log in

  • If you can’t remember your password, click “Login or SignUp” in the top right corner of the screen

    • Select “Forgot Password?”

    • Enter the email address linked to your ParqEx account

    • Use the temporary password sent to you via email

      • It may take a few minutes. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder

    • From the settings tab on the left, change your password to something you’ll like and remember. Write it down!
