Your promo code could not be working for a number of reasons:
- It’s expired: Most credits expire on a certain date. If you are not sure of expiration date, contact our support team - email@example.com
- You’re already using another code: You cannot use more than one credit per booking
- The code is for first-time users only: Most codes are available only for new customers, and cannot be used after a first transaction has occurred, or another promo code has been entered.
- The code had a max number of redemptions: Some codes are only available for the first x number of users to redeem it. Other codes are only usable a few times before they're used up.
