To reserve or book a parking spot through ParqEx:

  • Log in to your ParqEx account

  • Select the “Find a Spot” or “Book a Parking Spot” feature

  • Enter the address near where you want to park in the search bar

      • Alternatively, use the grey triangle to find parking near your current location.

        • Location services must be enabled to use this feature

    • Select between short term and monthly

      • Monthly subscriptions auto renew at the end of every month

      • For short term reservations, enter desired beginning/end time

    • Select “Find Parking!”

  • Select your desired spot from the available listings 

  • Review the description, as well as any availability settings

  • Select “Book It”

  • Fill out all requested fields

    • Vehicle information is required. Any vehicles parked at a ParqEx lot with a license plate not attached to a valid ParqEx order is subject to ticket or tow at the vehicle owner’s expense

    • Enter a valid payment source

    • If you have a promotion code, enter it here. Promotions cannot be applied to transactions after they’ve been placed. 

  • Review your order and select “Place Order”

    • Your card will be charged immediately

    • Orders must be canceled through the app up to 2 hours prior to the start time of the reservation/subscription to be considered for a refund.
