• Open the app or visit app.parqex.com on your web browser

  • Make sure you are using the correct email address linked to your ParqEx account

  • Make sure you have verified your email account by clicking on the verification link in the email you received upon registration. (for more information, view this article)

NOTE: If you haven’t received the verification email, check your spam folder


  • Once the account is verified, you will be able to log in

  • If you can’t remember your password, click on the "login or signup" link in the top right corner of the screen and then click on the "Forgot Password" link.



    • Enter the email address linked to your ParqEx account and click "Reset Password"

    • Click on the link in the email you received with your temporary password to automatically log in.

    • After logging in, you will be prompted to change your password. Please change your password to something you’ll easily remember.
