* dropping the price - do a quick search in the area to see what others are listing their spots at. The more expensive a spot is, the less likely a user is to rent.
* add pictures - giving users an idea of where they will be parking is a great way to push them to rent. Adding pictures of the entrance and the spot look great!
* add a good description - another way to let potential renters know limitations and what the spot is like.
