Go to your email inbox, but it's probably in your spam folder

  • Search your email’s inbox for an email from no-reply@parqex.com 
  • Check your spam folder

  • Confirm the email address you used was typed correctly

    • If you signed up in the current browsing session, click ‘back’ until you return to the ParqEx login page. The email you typed in should appear in the login field

    • If you discover you typed the wrong email address, register a new account with the correct one

  • If you still cannot find the verification email, contact our support team at support@parqex.com
