What if my renter overstays the reservation?

While most renters are aware of their rental time frame, we recommend that you contact the renter if they stay over their reservation. This can be done in the app under 'Reservations' in the left-hand menu. From this page, you may access the reservations and contact guests via Message through the app. 


If the renter would like to extend the rental, they will need to book the spot again for the requested times.


If you're unable to connect with the renter, you have the authority to remove the car from the property if necessary. Please contact our support team by calling 855-PARQEX-1 or emailing support@parqex.com if you are in need of assistance.
