While most renters are aware of their rental timeframe, we recommend that you contact the renter if they stay over their reservation. This can can be done on in the app under 'Reservations' in the left hand menu. From this page you may access the individual reservations and contact them via Phone, Email, or Message through the app. 

If the renter would like to extend the rental, they may do so by navigating to their 'Order History'. 

If you're unable to connect with the renter, you have the authority to remove the car from the property if necessary. Please contact support@parqex.com if you are in need of assistance.
