From the web app, you can manage users that are able to book spaces per property from the ‘Manage Parking’ in the menu. When clicking into a property’s address, you will see ‘Manage Permissions’, which will bring up the Advanced Settings.
You will add users that you approve to use your property by entering the email address of each user. Users added to this list will be able to Rent (book parking) and List (create new spaces), if you would like to un-allow either, you will need to un-check the box on the appropriate column.
If you have many users to give permission to rent, you may also upload a .xlsx file on the same page. If you are in need of assistance, you may also email a list of tenants to firstname.lastname@example.org - we’d love to help!
It’s important to note that unless ‘Renting open to the public’ is un-checked, users outside of your permission list will be able to book parking at this property.
