Why can't I find a vehicle listed under the property?

NOTE: Make sure you have access to the Enforcer Parking App before you begin these steps. 


If NO vehicles are displayed:

  • Confirm sure you're looking at the correct property address
  • Confirm your Enforcer account has access to the property 
  • Contact ParqEx customer support for confirmation assistance

If a specific vehicle is not displayed: 

  • The vehicle's reservation may have expired
  • The customer may have entered incorrect vehicle info 
  • The customer created a reservation after your Enforcer search
  • The vehicle is parked without a reservation
