What to do if your vehicle is ticketed or towed

On occasion, vehicles parked in a reserved parking spot are ticketed or towed.

Should you have your vehicle ticketed while you are parked in a spot that you reserved, you may reach out to the phone number or email address listed on the ticket. ParqEx does not issue these parking tickets nor are we affiliated with the companies who issue them. Any disputes regarding parking tickets must be directed to the appropriate parties based on the information provided on the parking ticket.

If your vehicle has been towed while parked at a ParqEx location, you will need to contact the enforcement provider for the property to retrieve your vehicle. To find the phone number and/or address of the enforcement provider for a specific property, please look around the parking location as this information should be posted . If you cannot find a sign with the information of the enforcement provider, you may contact ParqEx Customer Support for more information.

Note: ParqEx is not affiliated with any enforcement provider and cannot guarantee the outcome of any dispute. The enforcement providers are engaged by the owner/manager of the property. The enforcement providers may use the ParqEx platform to authenticate/verify vehicle information, however they are independent companies with their own protocols and procedures.
