As an owner, how do I check the renters information to make sure the right person is parking in my spot?

You can review the details about your renters (such as License Plate, vehicle make/model, etc) through the My Reservations section of the Owner Dashboard. From here you can see the active and upcoming renters, as well as previous renters in the Past reservations tab. You may click on a reservation to view the specifics of your guest such as their vehicle information.
