How does Pay on Exit work?

Pay on Exit is a feature that charges renters for parking based on the actual duration of their stay. If a renter exceeds their reserved time, they will incur additional fees based on the extra hours parked.

To avoid unnecessary charges, renters must press the Exit button in Access+ at the end of their reservation. If they forget to do this and do not open the exit gate through Access+, the system will continue charging them as if they are still using the parking spot.

Important Notes:

• If a renter does not press the Enter button in Access+ when arriving, their access will automatically expire at the end of their reservation.
• The Pay on Exit feature only works if the renter successfully enters the property using Access+.
