How do I claim and pay my Guest Parking Reservation?

  • Receive the Reservation Details

    • When the resident creates a guest parking reservation, a confirmation email will be sent to the guest's email address provided during the booking process. 
  • Log In to Your ParqEx Account

    • Download and log in to the ParqEx app, available on the App Store and Google Play. Alternatively, you can use the Web App at app.parqex.com.
    • Existing Users: Log in using the email address provided by the resident when booking the reservation.
    • New Users: If you do not have an account, click on "Forgot Password" and enter the email address provided by the resident. A default password will be sent to your email, which you can use to log in to your ParqEx account.
  • Locate the Reservation

    • Once logged in, a pop-up window will appear prompting you to pay and claim your reservation.



  • Proceed to Payment

    • Click on "Pay to Claim" to proceed.
    • A new window will appear where you can enter your payment details.
    • If your payment information is already saved in your ParqEx profile, simply select "Pay to Reserve" to complete the transaction.

  • Confirm Payment and Claim the Parking Spot

    • Once your payment is successfully processed, you will be redirected to the Order Details page.


  • This page will provide you with the necessary access instructions to claim your parking spot.
