Promo Code Help

How to Use a Promotion Code: 

Copy the promo code to ensure accuracy. 

When booking a new reservation:

1. Select your parking spot and click book it.
2. Enter the promo code in the field below the payment method.
3. Select Go and confirm the promotion applied to the purchase.
4. Place your order to finalize the purchase.
   

   A green message will indicate your promotional savings.

You can also add a promo code to use later in the Renter Dashboard:

1. Use the dashboard on the left of the screen to scroll down to Promotions
2. Enter the promo code and select Go
3. The promotion along with terms will appear below.
4. Redeem to apply promotional value to your next transaction.

1. Expiration dates may apply.

2. Promotional codes cannot be applied to past purchases.

Promo Code Troubleshooting: 

• Your promo code could not be working for a few different reasons:

  • It’s expired: Most credits expire on a certain date. If you are not sure of the expiration date, contact our support team - support@parqex.com

  • You’re already using another code: You cannot use more than one credit per booking

  • The code is for first-time users only: Most codes are available only for new customers, and cannot be used after a first transaction has occurred, or another promo code has been entered.

  • The code had a max number of redemptions: Some codes are only available for a certain number of users. After this number has been used, the code expires.
