Someone is in my Spot

If your designated spot has been taken by another vehicle: 




  • If someone has taken your parking spot, you can reassign it to another location within the lot. 

Follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your app or visit app.parqex.com.
  2. Go to My Orders and select your current reservations.
  3. Click the orange button (Someone in Your Spot?)
  4. A pop-up window will appear; click on the drop-down menu to select the available parking spot, then add notes in the text box for the reason and save.
  5. Once you are done, you can park in your new spot.






If your spot is inaccessible for another reason: 


  • Follow the steps below:
    1. Log in to your app or visit app.parqex.com.
    2. Go to "My Orders" and select your current reservations.
    3. Click the orange button (Someone in Your Spot?).
    4. A pop-up window will appear to report the violator vehicle if there's no other parking space available. Click on add photo to upload the photo of the violator vehicle, then add notes in the text box to add more information and save. If you have parked in another open spot while your spot is taken, please include that spot number as well.
    5. Once you are done, it will automatically send an email to our customer support team, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.



NOTE: ParqEx cannot take any action without receiving a picture of the vehicle parked in your spot.
