The ParqEx Marketplace allows you to favorite parking spots for easy access if you rent them frequently or wish to keep them in mind for a later date.
To favorite and save a parking spot on the ParqEx Marketplace, you must be logged in to the ParqEx app or website.
Once you are logged in to your ParqEx account, navigate to the parking space you wish to favorite and save for later. You can find instructions for searching for a parking space on the app or website here.
SAVE / FAVORITE A PARKING SPOT
1. When you have found a parking space on the Marketplace that you wish to add to your favorites, click the Details button underlined in blue underneath the address of the parking spot.
2. Clicking the details button will bring up a window with all the relevant details of the parking spot you have chosen.
3. In this window, there is a white outline of a heart on the bottom right-hand side of the picture at the top of the spot details. Clicking on this heart will add the spot to your favorites. The heart will now be filled red.
ACCESS YOUR SAVED/FAVORITE PARKING SPOT
Once you have favorited a parking spot, it will now be visible in the My Favorite Spots section of the renter dashboard.
1. To access your favorite spots, navigate to the renter dashboard and select the My Favorite Spots menu.
2. You will be presented with a list of all the parking spots you have previously favorited.
- You may also book a parking spot directly from the My Favorite Spots menu by clicking the blue Book! button.
