How can I permanently unpublish a listing? What if I want to delete the property entirely?

If you no longer want your spot listed on the ParqEx marketplace, you are free to unpublish the listing at any point.

To recap, each created Property must have a Spot created in order to facilitate a booking.

To publish the Spot on the marketplace, the owner must create an "active listing" for the spot. The hierarchy can be perceived as Property>>Spot>>Active Listing. By unpublishing a listing, the property and its spots still exist, however the listing is not visible on the marketplace and thus the parking spot will not be booked.

If you wish to indefinitely unpublish a listing, the process is as follows:

    1. Log into your ParqEx account and make sure that you are in the "Owner" tab of the app.

    2. Select "Manage My Parking" and select the applicable property.

    3. Select the listed spot that you wish to unpublish. Press "Show listings" to see the active listings for the spot.

    4. Press "Unpublish" to take the spot offline.

Step-by-step instructions show how to indefinitely unpublish a spot's Marketplace listing.

You can re-list the parking spot at any time by selecting "Publish".

However, if you wish to delete the property and all associated spots and listings, find the property you wish to delete and press "Delete".

You will be warned that the property deletion is permanent, and to delete the property, you will have to type "DELETE" in the text box and press confirm for the deletion to proceed.

Entering DELETE into the dialogue box will permanently erase the property. If you wish to rent a spot at the property in the future, you will have to create the property, spot, and listing from scratch.
