How do I Delete my ParqEx Account?

In order to delete your ParqEx account, please follow these steps:

1. Log in to your ParqEx account via your smartphone app or app.parqex.com using an internet browser.
2. Once you are logged in, click on the menu icon in the upper left corner of the page.
3. On the left hand side, click on "Settings". You will then be able to delete your account from here. Before you delete your account, please make sure that you are absolutely certain that you want your ParqEx account deleted, as we no longer be able to bring your account back.

Note:  We will not able to recover an account or retrieve any data from the account once it has been deleted. 

If desired, you can disable your ParqEx account instead. By sending an email to support@parqex.com, our customer support team will be able to disable the account. You will not be able to use the account for the time being, but i can be reactivated at a later date.
