Update Account (Personal/ Driver/ Payment) Information

To update your account information, log in to your ParqEx account

1. Use the dashboard on the left side of the screen to scroll down and select “My Profile”

If your profile is incomplete, you will see (!) 

2. Choose whether you want to update your personal, driver, or payment information. Clicking "Edit" or the arrow next to it will expand the dialogue box.

  • Use Personal Information to update your name, phone number, billing address, and profile photo

    • Note: you cannot change the email associated with your account on this screen. Email support@parqex.com or call 855.727.7391 during business hours for assistance

  • Use My Addresses to update your name, phone number, address, and profile photo

    • You may put as many addresses as you like, including your home, work, and common destinations.

  • Use Driver Information to update driver’s license and auto insurance information

    • Adding your license plate and vehicle description is strongly recommended. Please note any of our property owners REQUIRE this information.

    • Driver's license and insurance information are not required to book with ParqEx, but some spot owners may require it as per their instructions

  • Use Payment Information to update methods of payment

    • You may add multiple cards to the account and set one as the default payment method
