Changing and Resetting your ParqEx Password is quick and easy!
To get started, launch the ParqEx app on your mobile device or visit app.parqex.com on your web browser
To Change/Reset your password:
1. Select Settings from the menu
2. Select Change Password
3. Enter your current password and your new password in the required fields.
If you forgot your password
1. Click on the Forgot Password? link.
2. Enter the email address linked to your ParqEx account and click Reset Password.
3. Use the temporary password sent to you via email
It may take a few minutes. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder
4. After logging in, change your password to something you’ll like and remember. You will see this prompt upon logging in with the temporary password:
