Changing your payment method for a monthly subscription or adding a new payment method for a reservation in the ParqEx app is simple and only takes a few clicks.

You must be logged in to edit your payment information.

  1. After you have logged in, navigate to the My Profile menu.
  2. Select Payment Information.
  3. From this menu, you can delete a payment method, add a new one, or change the default payment method that is charged automatically when you have a monthly subscription.
NOTE: If you have a monthly subscription and you need to change the payment method that will be charged when it renews, you MUST select DEFAULT PAYMENT METHOD after adding your credit card. If you do not select the new card to be the default payment method, your old payment method will be charged.
