Log in to your ParqEx profile 


  • You may add payment information upon sign-up after verifying your account.
  • You will be prompted to add the information as you create your profile. The steps are as follows:


  • If you are logged in: use the Renter side menu to select "My Profile"
  • Select "Payment Information"

  • Manage an existing card, or add a new one here

  • Selecting a card as default payment method will auto-load the card when creating a new order, and will also be the card charged for automatic renewals
  • If the default card fails upon auto renewal, other cards on the profile will be charged until payment is successfully completed.
