Owners have a number of ways to get paid on ParqEx. Regardless of which payment method is selected, payments are processed on the 1st and the 15th of each month. Please allow additional time for checks.


As an owner, you can elect to get paid via Check, Paypal, Chase Quickpay, or Direct Deposit (ACH).  

To select a payment preference from the web app:
  1. Toggle to the Owner section of the app in the menu

  2. Select ‘My profile’ from the menu

  3. Click on Payout information.

  4. Select the property for which you want to change the payout information.

  5. Select one of the payout options listed.

  6. Follow the steps on the screen to link your payment account.

  7. Select "DONE" at the bottom of the screen to confirm your choice.


NOTE: Some payout methods may require additional steps. Contact ParqEx support for extra assistance if needed.
