Log in to your ParqEx profile
- Use the Renter side menu to select "My Orders"
- Select the reservation or subscription you wish to cancel
- Scroll down and select "Cancel Reservation/Subscription" on the right of the order
- Reservations can be canceled for an automatic refund up to two hours prior to the reservation start time with some exceptions. Certain properties have the ability to have the cancellation policy for up to 30 days out.
- Refunds are not guaranteed for reservations that have already begun. If you are having issues, contact ParqEx Customer Support.
- Subscription renewal can be canceled at any time and will not affect the current month's order.
- Example: The subscription is canceled on October 15th. The renter may continue to use the spot until October 31st and will not be charged for a November subscription.
- ParqEx does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions.
- Subscriptions will renew automatically until canceled by either the renter or the owner.
