Log in to your ParqEx profile 


  • Use the Renter side menu to select "My Orders"
  • Select the reservation or subscription you wish to cancel 
  • Scroll down and select "Cancel Reservation/Subscription" on the right of the order
  • Reservations can be canceled for an automatic refund up to two hours prior to the reservation start time
    • Refunds are not guaranteed for reservations that have already begun
  • Subscription renewal can be canceled at any time and will not affect the current month's order
    • Example: The subscription is canceled on October 15th. The renter may continue to use the spot until October 31st and will not be charged for a November subscription
    • ParqEx does not offer prorated refunds for canceled subscriptions
    • Subscriptions will renew automatically until canceled by either the renter or the owner
