We strive to provide comprehensive support to our valued customers through our business hours, which include phone, chat, and email support. Additionally, we understand that emergencies can happen outside of regular business hours, which is why we also have a dedicated after-hour emergency support service.


When a customer contacts us after hours, our customer support team ensures that their needs are addressed promptly. Customers are asked to specify if their request is an emergency, and if they select the emergency extension, they can leave a detailed message. The message is then transcribed and forwarded to our highly-trained emergency support team.


Our emergency support team is equipped to handle urgent situations in accordance with our Service Level Agreement (SLA). They prioritize and respond to each emergency based on the nature and severity of the situation, taking immediate action to resolve the issue and minimize any potential disruption to our customers' operations.
