You can quickly and easily contact spot owners with any questions you may have about a spot. The only requirement is that you must be logged into your ParqEx account. There are two ways to reach out to an owner:
To contact the owner of your current reservation
- View the order details page under "My Orders" on your ParqEx profile
- Send a message through the inbox feature
To contact an owner without a current reservation
- Search for an open spot using the search feature on the ParqEx app
- Select "Book" on the desired spot
- Select "contact owner" on the details page
- Send a message through the inbox feature
IMPORTANT INFO:
- Property owners cannot issue refunds, please contact ParqEx customer support for refund assistance
- If a property owner does not return your message, contact ParqEx customer support
