Changing and Resetting your ParqEx Password is quick and easy!

Open the ParqEx app or visit app.parqex.com on your web browser

If you remember your password or are already logged in: 

  • Select “Settings” from the Menu



  • Select “Change Password” (highlighted above). 


  • On the next screen (above), follow the below steps:

    • Enter your current password

    • Enter your new, desired password

    • Confirm new password

If you forgot your password


  • Tap on the “Forgot Password?" link. 


  • Enter the email address linked to your ParqEx account and click "Reset Password"

  • Use the temporary password sent to you via email

Note: It may take a few minutes. If you don’t receive it, check your spam folder



  • After logging in, change your password to something you’ll like and remember. You will see this prompt upon logging in with the temporary password:
