View Order ID and Transaction Receipt/Details

Your order ID is an important piece of information to have, especially when contacting ParqEx Customer Support. Finding your order ID is simple and can be done in just a few steps. You can also view your receipt and any other important details about your order from the Order Details page.

You must be logged in to see your order history and order IDs.

1. Once you are logged in, navigate to the Renter Dashboard.
2. Click on My Orders to view your current and past orders.
3. On the My Orders page, you will see a 5 digit number above the address for your order. This is your Order ID.
4. To view an Order ID for a past order, click Past Bookings and repeat the process.

To view other information about your order such as your receipt or any specific instructions unique to your reserved parking location, simply click on the desired order on the Order History page. This will bring up all relevant order details.
